Therefore, we ask you to order carefully and consciously, but we are ready to exchange sterling silver jewelry for another or refund under the conditions of return within three days of receipt, provided that the jewelry seal and tag are intact. Gold jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. Jewelry made to the individual order of the buyer cannot be exchanged or returned. In the case of a return or exchange, all postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
